The application for stay of execution of sentence of deathpresented to the Justice Kennedy and by him referred to the Courtis granted pending the disposition of the petition for a writ ofcertiorari. Should the petition for a writ of certiorari bedenied, this stay shall terminate automatically. In the eventthe petition for a writ of certiorari is granted, the stay shallterminate upon the issuance of the mandate of this Court.
